If you are an artist of any level, and are looking for inspiration,
I suggest going over to the forum at Concept Art. The name might fool you into
believing there are only "concept artists" there...but there is art of all
kinds...and much of it awe inspiring and jaw droppingly (is that a word?) good!!

Some of the artists there post step by step images of how they create a piece,
some will answer questions and some post tutorials and give critiques.

I found a very useful tutorial by Jeff Haynie, who posts under the
name Fishhead, on the use of color/color therory. You can find it towards the
bottom of the page at his "sketchbook thread" here.

Once again using my trusty Sketchbook Pro software and Wacom Intuos tablet, I
attempeted to put some of Jeff's advice into practice in the image above.
