'Perihelion - It Shall Not Come Near Thee'

After I finished my digital painting 'Battle
Tested' (you'll find next) — I quickly sketched the
concept for this guy one afternoon based on it —
although decidedly less cartoony.

I can see 'Perihelion' becoming a recurring
character in my future fantasy artwork.

My love of the late Frank Frazetta's
art is probably obvious to anyone else
who remembers his great fantasy paintings.
